ATV tires dont last in these parts (2-3 Years) I have a booger of a time getting the beads off the rim in the end I use a utility knife and get most the tire off by cutting round the side wall, use a electric disc grinder to get most the steel bead (dont knick the rim) use wire cutters & screwdriver to get the last few strands
clean up the rim and mount tire.
Ive had some new tires that no matter how hard you tried I couldent get the sidewalls to flex out to get the bead to seal to air the tire, a goodly squirt of starter fluid and a propane torch sets the bead right now.
On Television seen a Iceland auto enthusists team motor across the Antarctic they would run the ballon tires at low pressure and sometimes they would pop the bead loose from a impact, they would reinflate useing starter fluid and a torch (valve core in).
