age of consent varies from 16-18 state to state (used to be younger too), drinking age varies state to state and situation to situation in many states (in mo a parent can let a kid drink an unspecified amount, no harm- no foul, though child endangerment and dfs would take the kid if the kid got sick), as far as I know smoking is the same, gun laws change DRASTICALLY if no ffl's or interstate purchases are involved, contractual agreements, checking/banking, credit cards, drivers' licenses (ammended now to be 16-18 probatory instead of just getting the real deal at 16, used to be if the person could pass the test then it was awarded the license), dropping out of high school, joining the military, medical consent, ability to work and live "on one's own", ability to renounce citizenship, ability to travel outside of the nation (and oftentime states even) without parental consent, right to marry without parental consent or emancipation... and that's all I can think of! it goes even farther, and it's different everywhere!
