30/44mag Conversion
« on: January 30, 2011, 02:06:54 PM »
Greetings:

When I was in college many, many years ago in the mid-60's I bought a semi-auto 30 carbine that had been converted to a 44 mag.  It has a nice sporter stock and I have mounted a reflex sight on it.  It is in good shape and shoots surprisingly well.  Is this something that would have significant value if I sold it, and if it might, how should I determine a reasonable price for it?  Thanks,
Tight Lines and Ten Rings
