I used to have a 7mm RUM and it shot 160gr accubonds the best but it only liked them pushed hard. I used 91.3 grains of reloader 25 in a remington 700 bdl stainless 26" barrel and it chrono'd at 3300fps. It would cloverleaf at 100 yards for the first 3 shots and then accuracy would go to hell due to powder fowling. The fowling I exsperienced over all my handloads. It was part of the reason I got rid of the rifle cause I had to clean it ever 4-5 shots in order to keep good accuracy. It is quite a overbore cartridge and also it is what you would call a jump round some folks call it all different things but &mm RUM likes to have the bullets seated off the lands to let it have a bit to "jump" to the rifleing. It was the only way i could get mine to shoot good. Out of 16 different loads this one was one of two that shot well. Hope this helps.

Most of what I see is the RL25 and Retumbo  doing the best. I'm currentlly shootin 94.5 rl25 and the 150 scirocco. My 300rum with the 200AB also liked the RL25 (92.5).

I have used Retumbo with the 160 Accubond with good results. My load was right at max out of the Nosler book.
