Model 12 RVN Bringback
« on: October 30, 2010, 10:44:41 AM »
I scrounged up a Model 12, 12 gauge, in RVN and carried it most of my tour as an MP, '69-70.  Since it was a commercial gun, I registered it as a sporting weapon and, to my great surprise, got the import paperwork from Big Brother to bring it home.  I've used it for hunting, ever since.

It's blued, 24" barrel with Cutts compensator, SN 88xxxx.  The stock and foreend had been refinished over there before I got it and it's missing a screw on the magazine tube end cap.  The magazine tube is a replacement.  Blue is still about 80%.

Does anyone have an idea about what it might be worth?

Thanks, eastbank.  I don't intend to sell it; just curious.  The paperwork is definitely "proper".
