no its a factory brl bought of a guy on here t/c does not make them anymore no interest im sure not the 150 mag charge you know you cant kill anything unless you load 150gr very funny a guy rickyp on here has one i read alot of posts from him on this brl and decided to buy it glad i did shoots great with 60 2f 777 i loaded it up with 70 but i had shoulder surgery so anything over 60 makes my arm go numb but 60 of 777 is about 70 black powder so its a deer slayer from what ive read i know it tears up a fox at 60yrds prety bad ive shot this next to my buddy shooting his long gun and shoots just as good out to 100 havent shot it any farther but holds a great 3 shot group with out swabbing if i do my part not touching but real close and thats with a red dot scope  if you see one for sale grab it quick the only thing i dont like about this brl is that no one makes a rubber forarm for it and the ramrod needs a long tip when loading it  ;D ;D

it should shoot great have them d&t extra hole in it for a pistol forarm i have read and saw on here 16 or 17 in. cut down brls with long forarms can still use butstock or pistol grip as long as over all lenth of long gun exceeds 26 i think oh and your frame is a pistol frame  cause if its not its a big no no to put a pistol brl on it
i think a 1:28 long brl cut should shoot just fine as long as the crown is true
do a search on here youll find the answers lots of good guys on here will steer you in the right direction
good luck whatever you decide
