Whitetail hunting with a decoy
« on: August 28, 2010, 04:53:25 PM »
Just wondering if anyone has looked into Tink's Miss November decoy.  I have never hunted using a decoy before but I think I may try this one out for both archery and firearm season...

Any opinions of this particular decoy, I am not looking to spend bucko bucks on a decoy but I thought I may give this a try...

The face of the decoy seems a bit, well,........... ugly?  :-\  And the eyes seem too far apart.

I have used my regular archery deer target during BOW season, however I feel it would be vary dangerous during rifle season, just a safety thought.   Jim

I wouldn't use one in sight of a road here in the Missouri Ozarks. :D

Don't know. The look of the decoy is not impressive. Maybe a buck with beer goggles will take notice. Or maybe on the rebound.

The Montana dream doe that is listed as another interest looks way better for $69.
Deer hunting is mostly fun then you shoot one and it turns to work.

I'd have to agree with you.  ;)
