Hope someone can help me with this one.
Due to a weak shoulder I have been out of bow hunting for a number of years, but am trying to pass on some info to a son-in-law about a great sighting aid I used on my last bow.
Not to upset anyone, but I personally do not like the bow string peep, so instead I installed a sighting aid on the riser and right next to the sights, a small attachment that did away with the need of the string peep.
When your head/eye was in the correct position, there was a circle with a centered dot, one or both lighted just like the fiber optic pin sights.
Being very close to the sights, with the proper head/eye position, a very slight shift of the eye put you on the pins for the shot.
Because there was no hole in a string peep to line up, this was very VERY quick with nothing between your eye and the sight pins.
I can't seem to find this item on the net, but probably ordered it from Cabela's the 10 - 15 or so years back when I was still using a bow.
Hope someone can pass on some info on this thing!
Keep em coming!
