Good Trade?

My son just traded his Para P10 Compact .45 for a pre 64 Winchester .30-30 in beautiful condition. A winchester apraisor rated it 90%. The bluing and wood are blemish free. The serial number puts it as being made in 1951. So whatcha all think? A good trade? Here's pics;
