I got a 10 ga and customized it
« on: November 05, 2010, 04:37:40 PM »
dont know who remebers me asking about changing the forend on the 10 ga from the smaller rifle on but i did it with a synthetic forend i used a box cutter and 5 hr's of work to fit it . also bought a briley Light Modified spectrum for large steel shot ,slugs, buckshot also will shoot flight control wads .

id recomend somthing like a 1 1/8 drill bit or somthing that could channel it out more even than a blade i can actually hold it better now

In theory its sound ",but in practice its flawed

Do you know what model number those scope mounts are?

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun

i'm also curious about the scope mounts, was the gun factory drilled? and i noticed 2 piece mounts do you know of any one piece mounts for the gun, i have the same gun as you in the same camo pattern and i want to do the game thing as you did, any help would be greatly appreciated.   thanks Zack

No i dont think they are might be but they dont fit perfect but with somew loctite or glue they will stay also you cant get a one peice munt for this gun but yu can use this on the 2 piece to get a one piece if you want a red dot http://www.milsig.ca/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=40

Yep the new ones with chokes are also drilled and tapped
