.223 Contender Barrel for 12ga. Hastings

I have a dealer friend who has a Contender Super 14" barrel in .223  that I am interested in.   I have a Hastings 12ga. Remington Rifled Slug barrel with rifle sights to offer in trade.  We see each other @ work all the time so I want to be fair in the deal.  I am assuming both barrels are good shape.

He also has some used mounts and scopes, don't know which, he's checking tonight.

What would you fellows think is a good "Win - Win" situation for this swap?
I think Cabela's is selling the Hastings Barrel for about $225.

Your thoughts will be appreciated.

I recently sold a Remington Fully Rifled Slug Barrel with a cantalever scope mount and got $160 for it.

A .223 barrel is worth about $150.

I will let you do the math, I am tired.

By the way, even though you see him everyday I would tell him you want to trade even.  You have to start somewhere and even would not be that unfair to the parties involved.
