Arizona's lost revenue's
« on: November 25, 2010, 03:49:06 AM »
The Center for American Progress has just come out with a finding, that they had a firm do a study. It claims that Arizona lost 140 million dollars do to their boycott, because of the immagration law signed into effect last April.
They did however, say that the downturn in the economy might have played something into their findings.(ya think)
They had a real nice picture of the union workers last spring, getting ready to board bus's for a protest. They probably felt that they shouldn't be the only ones getting shot at by illegals and drug dealers from Mexico. They probably felt alone in that Arizona's gun laws are much less stringent,(do they even have any??), and the locals are shooting back. Where as, they have to call for police to show up in LA or San Diego, and by that time, the brass has cooled off, and the body's are almost room temperature.  gypsyman

The center for American Progress is a liberal outfit. So guess what they came up with? It is slow herebut, the illegals have left in streams. The crime rate has also dropped a bunch as well. With the boycotts against the state, and the ones that came in support of 1070, in reality it probably comes close to a wash. Remeber it not the news media's job to report news, but to create hyperbole. Take that report with a grain of salt.

Don't believe that report at all. AZ has probably come out way ahead in saved revenue from not having to pay for  their freebies they leach off the govt, not to mention millions of $ saved in medical care, heck I'd bet hospitol savings are in the millions from not having to hand out free care and meds.
