The best meat, like deer, is the back straps but the legs are ok too.
Roo is SUPER lean so it takes careful cooking.
Roasting, BBQing and stewing are all suitable.
There are risks too because of Hyatids, a sort of tape worm, so it must be cooked to make sure this does not become an issue.
But done correctedly  and cooked through it can be really good.
