I guess things are going good for me then... I got a NEW 44 MAGNUM yesterday, killed a buck with it today and thankfully my ex has happily moved on and doesn't bother me anymore. ;D ;D
I'm especially happy about the new 44 and the nice buck... I really couldn't care less about the ex. :o :D

hey spanky,  you are right.... your old 44 barrel shoots purdy dang gud !!!! ;D
we shot some  240gr hornady cl-sil  and some 255gr wfnpb thru her and it did great
with same powder charge.   also shot some 240xtp's, but it did'nt like them as much. prolly will
after a load development is performed.  did you do the finish on tha barrel and the chop/recess
and crown ? its all very well done.
it still had your sun-burst pattern on the crown.... and it is nice.   thanks ;)

Hey Doc.
A local smith did the chop and remounted the front site. He did a crap job on the crown though so I sent it to Larry for him to work his magic. That crown is a beauty ain't it... I wish all the handi's came with a nice crown like that. He did the parkerizing on it too. I'm glad to see the old girl workin' out for you. If you want to try some lighter stuff it shoots the 180gr. UMC ammo pretty good too.
