WHAT DO I HAVE

and what do i do?
A friend gave me a Tasco 4-16x49 scope with AO.
I have not done anything to it.
he said it had been dropped and the elevation and drift will not work.
The focus ring will not adjust---I have not put a wrench to it.
Suggestions?

Think I will let the grandkids play with it.
Think I will leave it on the back porch and play with it myownself.

Good decision. Just never trust it or depend on it.  ::)  Usually they fall out of my skiff on the way to town in about 500' of water. Then in time they just go away.
