transfer bar upgrade?

i saw on the one post about H&R having some kind of problem with the safety bar and are offering a upgrade?   i have not had any issues with mine yet but if they thought there was a problem with the original one maybe i should replace it before i do have a problem.  how dies the upgrade program work?  thanks.

If you're having misfire problems call them and make arrangements to have it repaired, the service notice was for 35 Whelen and 35 Remington rifles specifically, but they'll do the repair on any firearm with a problem, the service notice is in the FAQs if you want to read it.
