OnTargetTechnologies still in business?

I have been trying to get into the website,but keep getting redirected to another site OTTLLC that appears to deal with mainly housewear items...

It does appear his site is down or closed. I do know he use to be way behind on order's and wasn't taking new ones. I haven't heard anything lately about whats going on.
