Cool Ink Pen
« on: January 21, 2011, 01:23:56 PM »
Ok, normally I wouldn't be one to start a thread about an ink pen, but a local fellow I met makes these and I got one.  Figured it would be nice to spruce up the office a bit.  It's an ink pen with the upper portion made from a piece of spent rifle brass and the lower portion made from a deer antler.  I just thought it was kinda neat and figured I'd share :).

There's a local guy here who makes those also. Pretty cool.
I used to have a buddy who turned ink pens on a small lathe.
I always thought that would be a fun hobby.
