Yugo Zastava M70

I saw a Zastava M70 (scaled down Tokarev in .32acp) on Gunbroker listed as C&R eligible.  Does anyone know if the ATF has recently added these to the C&R list?

I'm not sure yet but i picked one up about 5 or so years ago and the women in the family love to shoot it.  Its a neat little 32acp pistol.

Grabbing the C&R pistols is on the top of my list because they sell out really fast, some go faster than the others.  If its just made a C&R we need to move quickly when its listed for sale.  Use the plastic if we have too.
