RG Mod. 66
« on: January 16, 2011, 03:22:22 AM »
Hey everyone.  I have inherited a Mod. 66 Rohm six-shooter.  Do any of you know where I might get hold of an owners manual? Also, I would like to find out how old it is.  It is in good shape, just needs a good cleaning. I noted there is the number 74 in a circle on the left side of the frame.  Could that be the year of manufacture?
All comments and observations are welcomed.  Thanks

Im not sure if I should congradulate you or offer sympathies  ;). There is a place, Abbybooks.com, or some such that does reprints of everything they can get an original to work from. I dont think it will do you much good, though, as there really isnt anything you can, or should do to it, other than only shoot it with CBs if you shoot it at all. Those I have looked at through the years have been only a little higher up the scale than cap guns. If you do think you want to shoot it make sure the timing is right and the cylinder locks in place.
