Glad to see flurry was found not guilty. The club was dumb and paid a $10,000 fine and pleaded nolo for nothing and should have gone to court. They will probably drop the charges for the two owner of the guns. the only reason Bennett prosecuted is because he get paid for continuing the case. the fact that the federal BLAF didn't prosecute if evidence that it was an accident and no laws were broken. We will have to see what happens on the reg. court. The real problem is that the company that held the liability insurance via the NRA cancelled the policy as soon as the accident happened.
