They Live, is a sci-fi movie made by John Carpenter back in 1988. I watched it on youtube last week for the 1st time. It starred Roddy Piper (the WWF pro wrestler). The plot is that there are beings from another dimension that are gaining control over the earth. They hide/disguise their appearance, and what their plans are by some kind of an electronic signal. Some people have figured out what is going on and have developed a way to see through the aliens electronic signal. I wont go any farther in describing what happens except to say that I see some big parallels in the OTHER things the aliens use to keep us earthlings distracted and asleep to them. Its the same stuff the powers that be use on us. No , I don't think we are being hypnotized by some kind of electronic thing, but the other stuff...
On a side note, more and more of the people who study ufo's are saying that they think we are dealing with inter-dimensional beings, and not inter-galactic ones.
If you've seen "They Live" tell me what you think. I think this movie needs to be re-made in an updated version. It also has one of the best street fighting scenes I can remember.
