Actually, I kinda wish more people were aware of how much they pay per day in taxes on goods and services that they buy.  The problem with taxes is that too many people in this country have become too lazy to do the math, or just don't want to know how bad they're getting hosed.

teddy, I would say its the later. I doubt more than a handful of folks I know would have that answer to how much they pay in taxes. Corrsponenly goes along with the crowd that says "Politics?; its just all  very confusing and everybody argues about it, I just don't want to hear about it". (But they still vote  ??? :o)
