Not sure how much i can size this bullet down. My B.C slug at .457 but my mold throws 'em at between .462 to .463. How far down can i go?

you will be fine sizing to .457 or .458 as needed. 

I've sized bullets, even this particular bullet to beyond .450 and .449 for other uses(doing it in 2 or 3 steps)

I run them through the lubrisizer at .457, then size to .452 and then .449 for my muzzleloader. No problem, they just get longer.

 One other suggestion .WHAT alloy are you using? An alloy containing MORE pure lead , like 20/1 ,MIGHT give you a smaller bullet than a WW alloy. I've found that I can get several thou. difference JUST altering the alloy mix. Of course, this means you have to keep records of the different alloys and start from an empty pot a lot of times!
