Best bet for a TC factory Contender barrel is to check with Ed's Contenders (a board sponsor).

For a new custom (Contender or Encore) barrel MGM lists the cartridge as an available chamber from them.
Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

10" pistol barrels were fairly common at one time, but I haven't seen many lately.  I think the demise of the 5mm came several years before TC ever got into the carbine business though.  I don't recall ever seeing one, or a s-14 either for that matter.  May have been a TCA offering at one time or other.  This is straight from the memory however, which puts it's worth somewhere between zilch and a plug nickel :D.

i've heard in the last 2 years that some were made in carbine barrels but have never seen one for sale or talked to someone who had one . i'll have to check out ed"s and mgm and see what they have .

i had one of the early contender pistol barrels in 5m/m magnum , 10" octogon , it was unfired and i never fired it before it got traded off .
