Thanks guys, I had read the one you posted Dinny, but I thought we had a post here on GBO on using it as well. Anyway, still a good way to spend a cold snowy day in Montana, reading about the Maxie, oh, and the 38-55 on Hobie's site. Thanks for the link to that Tim. Gonna have to clean out the ol file cabinet, (brain), to try to retain things a little better. Looking thru the powder lockers yesterday, I see I have about 10 # of LilGun settin there. I really like it in the 357 Mag and heavy 45 colt loads, but hear that Freedom Arms recommends not using it in their revolvers, and John Linebaugh said he has seen it damage forcing cones on revolvers as well.
I was hoping to use it in rifles and not run into problems with that. Again, thanks for the responses guys. DP
