what is the current cost to ship frame and stock and get a barrel 223 standard contour fit and get back any ideas last time i looked it was $96 for the barrel so how much more from there. one more thing does a 223 barrel come with both the iron sites and the scope rail.

Shipping to them depends on how you ship it and how far, but plan on about $20, return costs are listed on the order form, $25 fitting(up to 2 barrels) and $19 shipping, plus tax, roughly $160 for that $96 barrel.
