I just picked up a new S&W model 57 in 41mag, in nickel finish w/6" barrel for just $699, list $1,161. I just couldn't pass up that price while looking for a 1911.  I'm thinking about a 4" barrel in 41mag too possibly a model 58.  I'm also looking for an "N" frame 357mag too.  I figure its time to get some smith & wessons while there still offering the classics.  I love the "N" frames in any caliber. I got bitten by the S&W bug now. S&W and colt had the best nickel plating.

My brothers daughters are looking for the missing chrome looking revolver to give it to me.  These lids are like my own now.  I'm really the only uncle and living relative they have left.  I don't know if my brother traded it in for the new redhawk i got from my sister in law too.
