I have seen on other forums,  they say to keep the common replies down like nice gun, great looking grips, and questions about the gun are to be put into a pm, but not limiting the descriptions to the pictures. I agree with Redhawk below, I do not see a problem with it.

I don't see the problem.  But I guess some guys can't  just over look the text.  ???

A picture may say a thousand words, but I enjoy reading what the picture is about and the history.  Even the interplay of the members is good. A picture may say a thousand words but do those word convey meaninful information.

Tell me what I am looking at and its meaning to the owner, and the observations of the members.

The text doesn't bother me either, in fact I enjoy some of the stories that go with the pictures.

Depends on the mood I am in.  Sometimes I just want to see others pics of there awesome guns and dont want to have to wade through 5 pages just to get to the next pic.  But I am not as sociable as most and I understand when people get on this site they want to talk with there friends about there guns.  And that is point of this great site.
