true story: conversation between Game Warden and Ranch owner
« on: February 04, 2011, 06:34:04 PM »
a Game warden and ranch owner were having a discussion, as the GW was leaving he turned around and said, "btw, you do know that all of the deer on your property belong to the state?!"

at which the ranch owner said:  "very well then!  I want you to call out all of your men RIGHT NOW, ROUND UP ALL OF YOUR DEER TRESPASSING AND GET EM OFF OF MY PROPERTY!"

a farmer south of me has 3000 acres and will not allow any kind of hunting.    there was a deer hit in the road and it landed in the ditch the farmer did not want the driver to get the deer and when the cops came out and told the farmer that the ditch was not his property and the deer did not belong to him.  he had a fit and the officer wrote the farmer a ticket for animals at large and told him he was to pay for the damage to the truck if he wanted the dead deer.  i do not know what ever happened or if the farmer had to pay but the farmer did take the deer with him tho.
the farmer is one of the richest people in the county tho..  he invented kitty liter.
