Favorite hunting deer/hog hunting loads for your S&W.

I do not have a hog load yet but my favored deer loads are .357 Mag 158gr Rem SJHP and .38 Buffalo Bore 158 gr LHP's (20C) load, standard pressure. I understand Smiths don't handle heavier loads such as "Ruger" only loads. But what do you use in your Smith?

I use a m29 in 44 in both 4 and 6".  I use either 240grXTP with 24gr H110 or 300grXTP with 21grH110 or 300grWFNGC with 21.5gr H110.

Hey, Doc. What kind of anatomical performance does that WNGCFP provide. Internal damage and exit hole diameter, and overall wounding performance? I kind of got away from the solids in recent years, even though I know better :P........

Penetration, blood trail and less expense!!  Really...I sometimes wonder if XTPs will fail (though I've never had one fail) and find I never think about that issue with cast....silly really......
