CVA recalled rifles

Hi everyone, I recently send a recalled muzzleloader to CVA. My UPS tracking # said it was recieved at CVA on 1/17/11. I've yet to hear anything back from CVA about the rifle,when I first contacted CVA about the recall ,I was told the process takes about 14 days to complete. Anyone out there know how long it really takes? The rifle in question is  my son's and he is really excited about getting it or a replacement rifle back soon.

they moved not to long ago so i'd expect it to take a bit longer.

I called CVA not long after I started this thread. They said they were working on processing the paper work and it would probably be a couple more weeks before we get a replacement rifle.
