Need Help with Win 94AE reassembly

I recently disassembled my 94AE for refinishing.  During the procedure, the carrier spring fell out and I don't know how to replace it in the action.  I'm fine with the reassembly except for this one piece.  Anyone know how to reinsert this?

Check on the Brownell's site for an exploded view to see correct placement .
