Survivor 45/410 choke

New member, first post. I have a NEF Survivor 45/410 with the screw-in choke insert for shooting 410. My insert is cracked, and I need a new one. Any idea where I can get one? What could have caused the crack in the first place? I never shot improper rounds, but I am at least the second owner.

Welcome!! First guess on the broken choke is someone has fired 45 Colt rounds thru it without removing the tube, the tube is for .410 rounds only, it's to be removed when shooting Colt rounds. I'd contact H&R and order one, toll free (866)776-9292, they may even just send you one if you whine a little!  ;D We don't allow buying/selling/trading in discussion forums, that's what the classifieds are for, you can post an ad in the H&R Want to Buy forum, maybe someone has one for cheap. ;)

Try Magnum Research. I just ordered one with a wrench to keep as a spare for about $30.00 shipped.
