Check the sticky on the latest barrels available.  I bought my complete rifle new a year ago or so, but it was old inventory.  It is worth having....it shoots....much better than the SKS.

I you have read any of the threads here (I'm guessing you haven't) there is no point in calling.  They will tell you they don't have any.  Probably won't even know what the part # is.

Mine is an extractor and I've never had a FTF or a stuck case with Wolf Brass Ammo.  A while back, when I bought primers, the only Large Rifle primers I could find were Wolf, and I've never had a FTF with those........that thousand is about gone too.  I haven't reloaded for the little commie yet.  I've got what I need.......all except for some warm weather. ::)  My reloading room is in the barn and needs quite a bit of heat to make it workable.  When Spring and Summer get here, my goal is to reload everything I can possibly shoot in a year.....and then some.  I was shooting and cleaning today and just about wore my butt off running back and forth to the barn getting the tools, etc. I needed to be able to work in the warm house.

When I heard they found a couple barrels I sent mine in the next day and just got it back last week. picked up a box of rem ammo to get it sighted in and then got the dies, powder and bullets. I hope the hornady bullets I picked up for reloading fly well as they are .310 diam. If not I quess ill be getting some .308 diameter bullet.

Mine shoots lights out with the 310 dia Hornady 123 grainers.  Also does well with cast sized at 310.  I haven't tried any 308's, and mine slugs on the fat side of 309.
