                       Boys,

Those SOB's should never have been hired to drive around in Police cars with guns,
 as they are all criminals themselves, {even if that includes 'the Lt.s brother in law'...}
Incompetent criminals too, as I survived the three murder attempts because as I said:
"you can't trap a trapper".
And my spine will hurt for the rest of my life, worse as I get older.

I wouldn't have been 'shooting cops'
but "Armed, criminal trespassing, short, fat, white guys out to hurt me and do me dirt, me and mine.
I might add with bulls eyes painted on all their fore heads.
That's all I'm goning to see.
I thought I had better say that to prevent the effusion of blood."
            [General Nathan Bedford Forest 1868]

A direct quote I made to
1. the Lt. when I filled my complaint,
{which has since been destroyed}
2. the Sheriff's dept. and Texas Rangers when I reported this to them.
Who has since busted the bad guys.

Boys there is law in the United States today, still.
Don't cower down in front of anybody, no matter if they represent the law.
That's what they expect and want.
I say 'urinate' on them!

                      That's a clean word

"the poet" don't thank me.  I was only trying to illustrate that disabled doesn't mean invalid. And that there are those who are too eager to turn in somebody disabled when they see them doing something, like mow the yard.

               Gentlemen,

It is as unbelievable of a story as is conceivable.
I don't even believe it myself.
But that is why I have spent four years writing it all down and now am waiting
for the sea of publicity, which will be 'time' to send it to the publisher.
It is not believable!
But it did happen, I can't prove it on a forum but I can in a courtroom and will.
I promise to post the final story complete with newspaper accounts of the trial,
and the conviction.

Lets let this one rest for now y'all...
I started with a funny story about trading firewood for booze
and got my axx 'ragged on'

For what its worth, most of the story told here sounds like a really bad made for tv movie and is most likely a fictional account. Last time I checked nobody can apply for disability for you. At least not in Texas. You have to apply through the Division of Disability Determination Services and then a disability examiner and a medical consultant decide wether or not you are disabled, not a judge. Maybe a doctor can request you not go to work due to illness or injury, but to receive disability payments your doctor cannot make that determination. The doctor will most definitely be consulted as to your condition, but doesn't make the determination. Also, while the story was halfway entertaining, you never mention a motive as to why these people were out to get you. Just wondering.

I agree, sounds like horse shite to me. More drama than the National Enquirer. Amazing what people will say to get a free gubbamint check.

           Gentlemen,

No fiction here, just waiting for the trial.
The four small town cops are gone, #5  is still in jail.
The chief of police is gone,
my shoulder operation alone cost Medicade $15,000.
Just waiting for the trial and I can publish the story about the whole affair.
The book is good and very interesting and I would recommend it highly.
All it needs is the trial chapter, {And I can't write the trial chapter till they have the trial} and I am still working on the title as 'the title sells the book'.
The front cover will be an original painting by a friend Eva.

Thank you all for your support and encouragement
