While setting an open field, I came across an old abandoned den, inactive. A fox had been there the night before, if not then recently, and made a natural dirt hole. Now what made this interesting is that the fox had a half chewed sparrow in the hole. Then there was scratches next to the hole in the field where soy bean chaff was placed over the sparrow, barely covering it. Thought this was pretty cool, hole was about 16 inches deep, about 7-8 inches diameter.
