Duk you NEVER pass the opportunity to take a swing at Law Enforcement. Just like what I pointed out. You took a statement out of context and applied it to police officers to suit your needs. But then again that's your chosen trade. I will defend my past profession when I see fit.
Why don't you print some stuff about what lawyers do. You don't read much about them apparently. Usually that court bailiff that protects YOU when you insult folks in the court room is a law enforcement officer. Perhaps he should call in sick sometime, and you can protect yourself from litigants when your twisting facts for money. He's the only thing keeping you off the courtroom floor when you make folks mad. It ain't the judges gavel. You think you can slam an honorable profession without gettin reaction? Your ego knows no bounds.
Now I'm done.
Well if you'd like to start a thread about lawyers I welcome you to it. I doubt seriously if anyone has stopped you from doing so in the past.
My thoughts:
1) I "NEVER" (your emphasis, not mine) miss and opportunity... Huh. One could reasonably ask how many times you miss an opportunity to try and bash lawyers. The difference here is that one of us was on topic and the other was resorting to attacks to avoid the question at hand...
2) I used a line regarding, as I remember it, the ATF or some other federal law agency. It's not exactly a gross distortion to carry that line out to law enforcement in general. Anyway that line wasn't the subject of any important point to score. Someone could skip the entire sentence and get the exact same thesis. I always wonder about people who skip substance to hang their hat on a technicality... sounds like something you would accuse a lawyer of...
3) I have invited you, and I would invite you going forward to speak with any of the deputies who actually know me. You might be surprised... But you really shouldn't let actual knowledge of how I conduct myself from interrupting your opinion of someone you've never met.
4) History has told me that you are never actually done, regardless of whether you say you are or not. The last "word" is important to you.
5) This thread isn't about me, you, lawyers, or the legal profession. Lets steer it back to the topic...
6) I will let people judge the size of your ego on their own... No need to insult the intelligence of readers or break GBO rules.
