Konus Scopes ??

Just wanted to know if anyone here has anything to say about the konus scopes with the glass etched reticle. I'm thinking about getting one and I was wondering how well they stand up to other scopes in their price range.

I bought a Konus spoting scope about 6 years ago. What a piece of junk. It was like looking through a beer mug. You get what you pay for.

I stumbled on to one, it was cheap and I had the cash. Didn't expect much, but so far I cant complain. Got it on a 223 and its holding up fine. Not as clear as some of your higher priced scopes but not bad.

I have a set of konus binoculars 20x80. They are very nice for the money, clear and have held up well to bouncing around on a 4 wheeler. I use them for scanning for game because they are more comfortable than staring thru a spotting scope all day. THe scopes that I have seen looked pretty good too but don't have any real experience with them.
