Yep, just turn it clockwise and you'll see that the insert in the front of the hammer moves to engage the "other" firing pin. Top is rimfire I believe. There are spring loaded detent balls that will help you feel when it is the proper position for each.

PS. Never turn it counter clockwise (as referenced from the back) or you could back out the screw and accidently lose tiny parts.
