Like most Handis- my first 3-4 shots out of my .223 bull barrel gives me 1inch or less groups. after that it's vertical climbing unless it cools down. I take at least 3 handis with me to be able to shoot as much as I want and still let the barrels cool.My .223 seems to shoot best with 45 gr. bullets.

Yep and they shoot good, but not as good as the reloads I use. I would use the white box in a pinch if I had to.
