Our striper season is coming to a close. We fish off NC and VA in the ocean. Fish average 30 lbs and have to be 27" to keep. In the spring they migrate into the rivers. Fishing in the ocean is legal out to three miles. Fish feed on menhayden.

I fish the Cheasapeake. The fish follow the herring. Both are on their spawning runs.
