I get some from Parks, Burpees and Gurneys.  Looking for some other good places.

I buy locally. I used to order seeds but they are 2 or 3x the price I can buy them for here. POWDERMAN.  ;D ;D

I haven't found a big difference in any seeds I've bought. Seeds from Pamida, WM, Rural King and others. Last year I bought some mixed color pepper seeds from Rural King. We started them inside and then transplanted them. They turned out to be the cutest little impatiens flowers you ever saw. POWDERMAN.  ;D ;D

You probably came out ahead.  I tried some of those mixed color peppers some years back.  Every purple one got some kind of rot on it and the rest were small and did not taste all that great.  I go strictly with packs of red, packs of yellow and packs of orange now.

But my wife would have loved those seeds you bought.  She is a real fan of impatients (sp?).

I get my seeds mostly from pinetree seeds, their up in Maine, so their stuff is pretty hardy, the best thing about them is you don't have to buy a five dollar packet of seeds to try something out, their packets contain less and are priced accordingly, if you want more then just buy a few more packets of the same seeds. They have a great selection of seeds, and so far the only place to buy the true cantaloupe, it's called charaintaise, or something like that, all the others are musk melons, i've been growing the true ones for years, and they turn from green longitudinal bands to orange when they are ripe, actually if the air is still you can smell them, can you tell I like them? all the others don't agree with me for some reason...........................steg

We have a couple Amish communities nearby that I do some trading with.  I get some seeds from them, some I buy from local stores (hybrids), and the rest are my own stock I have saved from past crops.

 ;)
