Trigger work on Optima Elite
« on: April 07, 2011, 01:02:05 PM »
A while back I heard that if you sent in your Optima, they would rework the trigger to around 3.5lbs. Do they still do this or did they totally abandon the Optima Elite owners? Anyone know how I could get this done? Who to contact? I sent an email to info@CVA.com and am not expecting a reply back as they have ignored previous emails. Thanks in advance for the responses.

Try this number, it's the one I used to contact them, got my OE trigger worked on for free several years ago, dunno if they still do it or not.

I was pleasantly surprised by an actual email from Customer Service within 2days. :) They said they will adjust it for free if it is out of spec (3-6lbs). If it is in spec they will adjust it to no lower than 3lbs and will charge $30. Hopefully it is worth the time and maybe money. Maybe the customer service is back on track.
