I wonder if they didn't use the mil-std. .2 mil dot, or .25 (usually Marine Corps oblong dot). Sightron uses .22 mil-dots. The only other explanation is that it could be a FFP reticle at lower power. Call 'em and ask them what the dot subtensions were in their older conversions. The dot to dot has got to be mil-std. 3.6 IPHY between dots though. The super thick posts and 5 "subtension units" has mil-dot written all over it. Some companies don't even understand why the dot is set up for .2 or .25 mil., so it could easily be screwed up although Premier surely knows why. Could be a custom mil-dot reticle from them for a customer who wanted a smaller dot for accuracy purposes, and doesn't really care about reticle-rangefinding...? Looks like it could be a collector's item to me.
