growing garlic

id like to learn how to grow garlic.ive had the cloves sprouting in the frige. shud i plant them spring or fall? any help would be appreciated.

Should have planted them in the fall. Soon will be time for them to bloom and die. Might as wel  use what you have and get more to plant this fall. ear

The elephant garlic is like a weed. Can't hardly get rid of it once established.Very hardy.
