As I mentioned in another thread, I recently took a vacation to visit my brother in Savannah. While there, I went all over old downtown and visited a couple of forts (Old Fort Jackson, Pulaski, and what's left of Fort Wayne) and the Tybee lighthouse. Here's a couple of links to Photobucket albums for the full set of some of the pictures I thought you guys would be interested in (click the links under the representative photos):

I was surprised at the number of firearms in the museum, and especially that they had a wheellock, which is a particular passion of mine)

This was also my first time traveling by train. Overall, I really enjoyed it, though on the way there, my train was delayed about an hour away from my destination by a fire on the tracks in Ludowici:

I've got a number of other pictures of old downtown Savannah, so if any of you would like to see them, let me know.
