Gun Shop Drooling
« on: April 15, 2011, 10:55:47 AM »
I was in a gun/pawn shop today and saw a Handi in 270 with Monte Carlo wood stock and a Simmons scope)I didn't get the power). Looked great they only wanted $229....exactly $228 more than I had with me. I hope they can get the saliva off the thing. ;)

At least you found a place that didn't have an insane price on the rifle.  Everytime I see something in a pawn shop I like their asking price is more that I can buy a new one for from Buds. :(

Found out the pawn shop I used to frequent had a 30% instant off price, out the door, if you were interested in any used guns. Of course I only had money one time when I found that out. A few months back they Had a Raging Hornet in like-new condition for $649, if I had $550 cash I could have been out the door with it. Oh well, I know the feeling.

i used to get most my guns from a here in utah pawn shop. then i went in there years later very few guns i asked the owner are you going out o business he say's now they sell them on ksl.com.which i have used quite a bit you can usually find what you want just have to be patient.some guys want new prices for used guns.i have bought and sold thousands of dollars worth of other things on  there trailers- trucks -atv's hores birds great web sight.i hope it never dies.saves me alot of gas running around.i havn't been in pawn shop for years and no need to. look in some stores though. have a great week end  G.B.O is my favorite web sight.
