Hello Mr. Wakeman,

The best of the season to you and yours.
I wanted to tell you how much that I really enjoy your reviews, and am constantly learning from your comments.
I was wondering if you have ever had the chance to check out the Knight TK2000 shotgun?
Thanks, Crunch

No, I've not. Wolfhound has one, and from what I know-- both it and the White Tominator are terrific turkey-baggers, as you might expect from a gun that lobs 2-1/2 oz. of lead out at moderate, non-shot deformimg velocities. Both are the familiar pull-cock / plunger actioned guns.

I've got a TK-2000. It's a great shotgun with lighter loads, but if you get up to Knight recomended turkey loads, it kicks. I've got a lot more experimentation to do this spring yet though. It would probably have been better with a wood stock to soften recoil.

I've got a TK2000 too, and it's great. I've used it for turkey, rabbits, doves, crows, and a few rounds of trap...so far. The turkey loads with the 3 1/2" wads do kick, but my gun patterns tight enough to pound a turkey out to about 40 yards. I got a can of buffer material to try before turkey season this year to see if it makes a differanceKnight choke tubes are available, and it's just plain fun to shoot!

I'm considering getting one of these myself.  Looks like a lot of fun.  I like the suspense of waiting for the smoke to clear!
