If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and has feathers then it's likely a duck.  I wear the label "conservative" with pride.  Heck, I don't even object to being called a gun toting Bible clinger.  Are liberals ashamed of their beliefs and object to being labeled liberal?  Well if I believed in killing babies and freeing criminals I guess I would be ashamed too.

An Illegal alien (read that criminal invader) impersonating a police officer. I'm sure there could be some other charges worth mentioning. A criminal cop breaking the law EVERY day he woke up. He's a criminal. Just the same as all other people, regardless of nationality, who are in this nation illegaly. 

Charles Askins Jr would have shot him in the back and not even counted him in his lifetime totals of men killed.

If he were quickly legalized it would not change the fact that he performed several illegal arrests. Those folks have a very good case of being illegaly incarcerated. I can about imagine the defense atty. " he has lied about his citizenship your honor, what else has he lied about, clearly breaking the law means nothing to this alleged officer".

Principles are important, more so in those who we trust to implement our laws. He has demonstrated his usefulness to Alaskans it should be no problem for him to fill out the appropriate paperwork and wait his turn at the border. As an upstanding LEO WANNABE it ought to be a matter of pride to do it lawfully.

I'm really grateful for all the legal immigrants and guest workers we have here. A lot of great talent in engineering, science, and medicine graces us with their talent and labor. They are very important to us, and they help the world with their efforts.

Now illegal aliens are another thing entirely. But our government is set up to permit and encourage it. It keeps whole large bureaucracies employed, so there's never going to be a will to stop or even slow illegal immigration here.
